Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request via email to cbwaimemb@gmail.com.

Membership fees are non-refundable, as they support the ongoing welfare activities and administrative functions of the Association.

2. Donations

Donations made to the CGHS Beneficiaries Welfare Association of India (CBWAI) are non-refundable, as they are considered voluntary contributions to support welfare initiatives.

If a donation was made in error or with an incorrect amount, please notify us within 48 hours at donations@cbwaimemb@gmail.com. We will assess the request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.

The Association reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the terms outlined above.
